你可以試下這樣的 config幫不幫到你, 這個設定可能對 IE, msn, web icq有效, 如果icq是用desktop application, 可以直接在icq內設定寫入在 public proxy server內找到IP和port.

開啟 I.E. , 按 工具＞＞ 網際網路選項 ＞＞ 連線＞＞ 區域網路設定＞＞ check proxy server ＞＞進階＞＞在 http一項中, 輸入一個 proxy server的IP 與 port

輸入的這個 proxy server的 IP, 是要用 香港 的 public proxy server, 在這個網站找找: www.publicproxyservers.com/page1.html
yahoo有bug, 我post既 url 在server這個字多咗一個space, 你delete個 space就去到.
