加上我們沒法提供任何圖片及証據証明貨物的問題。他們很想因此負責﹐但因為公司的規定已不能作出賠償而非常抱歉。

Yesterday after the factory discussed ﹐ they still said that has no way to make the compensation for this reason ,because produces goods the time already surpassed 60 day ﹐ to add on us to have no way to provide any picture and the evidence proves the cargo the question. They very want therefore to be responsible ﹐ because, but company's stipulation has not been able to make the compensation but was sorry.Please feel relieved! Furthermore, we cannot provide any pictures and evidence to prove that the goods do have problems. The factory would really like to be accountable for such incident but they are sorry for not being able to make compensation in accordance with the company's rules.
