that means, whenever you're thinking, make them into english instead
and read more books, because while you are reading, you can "absorb" more knowledge
moreover, you have to think when u're reading any material. you dont just scan them, right? also, write in english, speak in english.

There is no short cut over this issue. I am speaking as a person who has been staying overseas since birth and only returned back to HK about 15 years ago. As the medium of language is mostly English in the place I was borned, I started to get used to the language since as long as I remember. You will have to speak it, read it, listen to it and write with it...in time to come, you will be so immerse in it that you 'think' with it. Takes a long time and HK is not the best environment but you can keep reminding and training yourself. This cannot be achieved short term so I suggest you do not get anxious and be patient over this.
