Mrs. Chan has shopped at one of your retail outlets in May this year, where she ordered 2 pairs of shoes of same design but different colours. The blue ones were available but the red ones were out of stock. Mrs. Chan paid xxx euros upon the promise from your staff that the red shoes would be sent to our company in Hong Kong once avaialable. Since we have not heard from you since, I would appreciate if you would see to this matter and advise us of any progress.
