急問: 英文email問題 (署名如代老闆出應怎樣寫)

因為老闆不在香港,
如他現在要出1個email通知一些人有關聚會事項,
在署名一欄我應該怎檥寫﹖
要寫上他的名字﹖
還是寫自己的名字再括住些什麼?

為何寫電郵時會有署名一欄的?你發出的電郵不就是用你自己的名字麼?

在電郵的開啟時,你該寫明信中的內容是你代老闆寫的,然後簽署就用自己的名字。以下是一個例子:

[To: A, B, C, D, E]
[cc: Your boss (assumed to be Mr Peter Chan)]
[Subject: xxxxx]
==========

Dear A, B, C, D, E,

Mr Peter Chan is currently out of office and has asked me to give you details about the marketing meeting on Monday, May 8, at 12pm.

<include details here>

If you have any questions, please contact me. I will relay your questions to Mr Chan and provide updates to the group as necessary.

You should write as follow:-

For and or behalf of
(Your boss name)
