According to the stoichiometry of the two compounds:
NaCl = 1 : 1
Na2SO4 = 2 : 1
So, no. of moles of sodium ions from sodium chloride = 0.6 moles
So, no. of moles of sodium ions from sodium shlphate = 0.2 × 2 = 0.4 moles
Therefore total no. of moles of sodium ion = 1 mole

sodium chloride (NaCl)
1 mole of NaCl contains 1 mole of Na+ and 1 mole of Cl-
Therefore, 0.6 mole of Cl- means there are 0.6 mole of NaCl and it contains 0.6 mole of Na+
sodium sulphate (Na2SO4)
1 mole of Na2SO4 contains 2 moles of Na+ and 1 mole of (SO4)2-
Therefore, 0.2 mole of (SO4)2- means there are 0.2 mole of Na2SO4 and which contains 0.4 mole of Na+
Therefore, there are totally 1 mole of Na+
