IS it true that all elements can form Alloys?
no. alloy is mixed by 2 or above METALS in there MELTING state.

How do we know which element can be form alloy with another 1?
In theory, if the two elements are metal, they can be made as alloy.

Is there a way to calculate the properties of an alloy?
remember, in general only, not all.
the properties of alloy is depending on the element's atom size.
large atom with large atom or small atom with small atom will be similar prop. as origin
large atom with small atom will be great different prop. as origin

How do we know the elements selected will sucessful form alloy?
if they can be mixed without chemical reaction or change, it may assued that it is successful.
