I completed my Form five studies at xx secondary school. My previous job was being a reception clerk at xyz company. In the job, my main duties include filing, data entry and general clerical work. Apart from that job, I also worked as a clerk and salesperson before. Therefore, my previous jobs have made me more familiar with the nature of clerical work and team spirit.

I saw this job advertisement online and made up mind to apply for it. I think my previous work experience has made me competent for this position.

I am glad to here today. I am also grateful to you for inviting me to this inteview.
