如何計劃離職的30日前通知呢?

我的合約是今年3月至明年4月，如果我想到另一間公司(9月)上班，今年我的年假有15日，我暫時未過大假，而7月將會放5.5日。

1.請問30日前通知的話，我應該何時要通知公司呢 ??
2. 30 日前通知的話，那星期日(紅假)是否都包括在內呢 ??
3. 請問有沒有離職信的範本或樣本介紹 ??

1. 大假最好不要用來扣通知期,因可能有手尾. 若想9/1做回自由身,就應8/1通知(書面),大假則補水.
