This is an active voice. For its passive voice:

Beethoven's Fifth Symphony is going to be performed by them the following weekend.


2. Someone will speak Japanese at the meeting.

This is an active voice. For its passive voice:

Japanese will be spoken at the meeting.


3. Karen is going to prepare the refreshments.

This is an active voice. For its passive voice:

The refreshments are going to be prepared by Karen.


4. The dog had bitten off his fingers.

This is an active voice. For its passive voice:

His fingers had been bitten off by the dog.

This is an active voice. For its passive voice:

For 5, English is their languageThis is not a passive voice. This is only a simple sentence with noun + verb + pronoun + nounWe seldom say English is spoken by them. We usually say:They speak English.This one should not change to passive voice as it is awkward.
