想問以下段英文o既grammar對唔對，多多指教

按照文法，句子有兩個錯處：
1）跟第一位回答者所指出的，前句漏了一個the字: ... the progress of the meeting...
2)因為7月2日還未來臨，所以用held on是不正確，要改用to be held on。To be在句中是表達將來的用法。其實這個held on或to be held on是多餘的，寫meeting on 02 Jul 2007已很清楚。

意思上，後句的decide就很有問題。我相信你們開會是為了決定六樓之用途，若果你要求參與者在開會前已作出決定，那麼會議的目的是甚麼呢？另外，圖則跟六樓之用途有沒有關連？該有吧，否則，看圖則來做甚麼？

在手法上，meeting一個字在前句和後句都有出現，不太好。在後句中，meeting有兩個作用，一個是你想表達prior to the meeting的時態，另一個是寫會議在哪天舉行。第二個意思（在哪天舉行）可以在前句寫出來，那樣讀者可以很清楚和快捷知道你是提及7月2日的會議。至於prior to the meeting，你可以改用beforehand一字。此外，因為後句的object有兩個長名詞，所以你可以把beforehand寫得較接近動詞peruse，那樣，句子看起看也清楚得多。

To facilitate the progress of the meeting on 02 Jul 2007, please peruse beforehand the attached plans on the proposed usage of the 6th floor.

為了令會議能夠有效率地進行,
To facilitate the progress of meeting,

請您在七月二日的會議前詳細研究圖則及決定六樓之用途.

please peruse the attached plan"s" ( try to think is there more than one plan on the paper) and decide the usage of the 6th Floor prior before the meeting on 2nd July, 2007.


(* because you said 會議前...therefore you have to say before the meeting. And why did you type "to the meeting held on 02 Jul 2007"? it makes no sense when you say "decide something to something".......you may say "decide something during seomthing" or "decide something for something".......
