Want to Rent a house between North Point to Chai Wan

I'm working in Tin Hau, want to rent a house under HK$5,000 per month (ALL-IN), I prefer the area in between Chai wan to Tin Hau.... Anybody can help me???

BTW, I need house (not a room) and thisshould be suitable for single girl, thanks.

you can try Chaiwan - 金源樓. The current rent is $4,500.

If you need a house rahter than a room, then I guess you have to rise your budget a bit more, you are talking about Hong Kong East, not Yuen Long, never think about that u can rent a house with just HKD 5000 per month.......may be you can, but that would be very small and dark....dirty decorations.
Those small 300-400 sq ft apartment at least need 6500 per month.
