我唔識法律,我想告一個人但他長期居住韓國,我應該點做?

If it is a civil case, you can:
1. Engage a lawyer in Hong Kong and ask him to engage a lawyer in Korea and take legal action against that person in Korea.
2. Engage a lawyer in Hong Kong and sue him in Hong Kong Court. In this case the Court in Hong Kong will issue a summons to that person in Korea and order him to come to Hong Kong for the Court hearing. In this case, if you lose the case, you will have to compensate him for his travel and living expenses in Hong Kong.
If it is a criminal case, just simple report to the police.

中文版:假設你的是民事案, 1. 你可在香港請律師, 再叫香港律師延聘韓國的律師在韓國法庭告他. 2. 你也可在香港請律師; 在香港法庭告他, 法庭收到你的入稟後, 會出傳票到韓國給他, 命令他到香港上庭. 不過如果你打輸了官司, 除堂費及對方律師費外還要補償他來香港的交通和審訉期間在香港的食宿費用.
