快快快!有關分辨西樂之問題!!!!!

單簧管 = Single reed instrument that has a MOUTHPIECE (dark colour usually that has a reed attach to it by a ligature).
雙簧管 = Double reed instrument - the REED is the mouthpiece... Sound is produced by vibration of TWO reeds (like chinese instrument Di-Da)

Bassoon and English horn are both DOUBLE reed instrument.

Bassoon sounds much lower than English Horn and English Horn sounds lower than OBOE (雙簧管).

Usually BIGGER or LONGER instrumets have LOWER pitch.
短笛 = Piccalo
長笛 = Flute
They are of the same kind. Both are woodwind instrument, however, they are usually appears in a SILVER plated brass body. HOWEVER, piccalo is usually in wood.
