Some of the UK schools have agents in HK to help with the admission. However, those who have agents in HK tends to have more oversea students and you may end up speaking Chinese more than English at school.

In terms of recommendation, you can have a look at:

These are schools based in Midland, about 1-2 hours away from London. You can apply directly with them via their website. I went to one of these schools and would recommend them.
