我想問以下一般商業英文e-mail的文法問題 1

"becuase it's already past ...so you have to use past tense...and you don't really have to say telephone conversation....just conversation is ok."


it was nice to talk to you on the phone/ it is nice to work with you/ it's nice that i can met you in last week's meeting.

"for these....i suggest you to use it is nice to work with you..because the first one and the last wierd are pretty wired....second one is much better when you say it out"


I can prepare all samples in the end of June/ in the begining of June/ in the mid June.

" using beginging of June instead of useing early of June is much make sense"


We will wire transfer the payment for you with the receipt of your shipping doc.

" i am not sure what are you trying to say at all...what is (to you upon receipt)? if you can type it in chinese ....may be i can help you more..."


Please give comments for the upon sample receipt


I'll submit the form at today's afternoon

"when you say afternoon....you don't use (in)...you have to use (at)"
