如在5/2004開始與業主簽租約,於5/2006再簽一份租約(只是租金有變動,
其餘條款沒有更改)
請問:
1) 該租約應由何時開始計算
2) 如業主加租, 有否加幅上限
3) 沒有打厘印, 有否法律效用

1. The new tenancy agreement will replaced the old one. The tenancy is then effected in the agreement signed on 5/2006.
2. No ceiling. Just an offer and acceptance.
3. No. If no stamp duty put on it, the tenancy agreement is then not recognised by law. Hence it could not be presented before the court in case of disputes arising from this tenancy. So, put it stamped to protect your interest.
