有一個最簡單的方法 :
用小畫家/MS-paint打開你要轉換的圖片
之後file-->save as-->選擇jpeg..如下圖

1. 在Windows圖片和傳真檢視器中,選最下面 Toolbar 的複製到 (Ctrl+S) 按鈕.

2. 在存檔類型的下拉選單揀選 JPEG 格式便可.

Use MS Photo Editor to open, then "Save As", then select *.jpg
