How do i put software onto my phone from my pc?

i found this website called www.mobango.com and its got phone software on it, how do i put it on my phone ?!

download it to ur pc then use a bluetooth to send it to ur phone

you can use your phone browser and point it to
wap.mobango.com
but if you want to transfer files from pc to phone then you need
1.data cable
2. Software from your phones vendor
3. Data cable driver
install software,data cable driver and connect your phone and transfer files from pc to phone
