E22 ar，小巴22M去到超群落，再跟著康寧道行，到覲塘道轉右，到中電個條天橋過對面，再轉右，過215X站無紀內就是(巴士站名是駿業里)。Or你可以到九龍灣地鐵站搭。

Get minibus22M and get off at terminal. Walk through footbridge (the one above red minibus terminal) and you will arrive at 駿業里 bus stop.
