IELTS/TOEFL

考ielts沒有講肥不肥佬的問題，它係分九個等級，一般中五程度英文合格加上自己的努力就可以去考了，吾難的。

我都係自己做題的，不會花錢去讀d貴course，其實英文的進步與否係睇你每日放的時間有多少，我就買了劍橋雅思考試全真試題解析來練，都係好真的題，建議你買大陸版，同香港版沒有區別，但書價就差好遠。

我個人認為TOEFL比IELTS好考。因為IELTS的閱讀理解出得不怎麼能摸到路。有時出題好CRAZY

The nine bands and their descriptive statements as follows:

9　Expert User－Has fully operational command of the language :appropriate,accurate and fluent with complete understanding.

8 Very Good User－Has fully opperational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriacies. Misunderstanding may occur in unfamiliar situations. Handles complex detailed argumentation well.

7. Good user─Has operational command of the language, though occasional inaccuracies, inappropriacies and misunderstandung in some situations.Genelly handles comlex language well and understands detailed reasoning.

6. Competent Users─Has generally effective command of the language despite some inaccuracies, appropracies and misunderstandings. Can use and understanding fairly complex language.particularly in familiar situations.

5. Modest User─Has partial command of the language, coping with overall meaning in most situations, though is likely to make many mistake. Should be able to handle basic communication in own field.

4. Listed User─Basic competence is limited to familiar situations. Has frequent problems in understanding and expression. Is not able to use complex language.

3. Extremely Limited User─Conneys and understands only general meaning in very familiar situations.Frequent breakdowns in communication occur.

2. Intermittent User- No real communication is possible except for the most basic information using isolated words or short formulae in familiar situations and to meet immediate needs .Has great difficulty understanding spoke and written English.

1. Non User─Essentially has no ability to use the language beyond possibly a few isolated words.

0. Did not attempt the best－No assessable information.



6分也是澳大利亞移民和英國留學分數線

5分也是加拿大移民和新西蘭移民分數線

4分英國預科分數線

如果達不到要求，去到外國要加讀語言課程

不過，由5.0(5.5)─6.0有可能要有一個飛躍。

在5.0至7.0分之間半分要對多 4 道題，1分要對多 8 道題。

簡介

普通教育文憑試（General Certificate of Education GCE）主要適合計劃赴英國升學之學生應考；分普通程度O-Level（合格等同於HKCEE C 級或以上）、高級補充程度AS-Level（視乎不同機構而定，一科GCE AS科目 等於 1/2科GCE AL科目），及高級程度A-Level（等同於香港的HKALE）。

注意事項

報考GCE AL物理或化學者須透過認可之學校報考，或以自修生身份報名。但他們須於過往三年內曾應考HKALE 或GCE AL的相同科目。
GCE 2“A” 3“O” 或 3“A” 1“O” 為一般大學入學最低要求。
A-Level及Ｏ-Level可於同一年內報考。
