Which would be the better choice?
I have degree in Accountacy and postgraduate diploma in Finance, 2 years experiences in banking & accounting. I long for corporate finance issues
A) I was offered by an international corporate services company with as an officer ( company secretarial area) & be assigned on listing issues.
B) i've got an auditing job from a medium CPA firm (however, it of no certainty that I will be assigned in listing issues)
Company Sec / Accountant ?

Accountant may better, have more offer and easy to find jobs. quite a lot of finance related jobs request to have CPA qualification. Company sec is good, very professional, but not much that kind of post in market, only big / listed company have this position, there only 1 - 2 company sec position in one company, and mostly the companies will looking for the experience one, is not easy to get in.
