What is the main purpose of holding company with inter-company as below:
1.Assuem we have a holding comany(M) with three inter-company(A,B,C). All the expenese must pay by A / B /C . For expenese, I need to issue three vouchers for each company with Debit note
In case inter-company are not allow due with each inter-company, the transation must directly due with holding company. The paper work must more then before.
This method is for tax planning / under the law . Pls let me know

Unclear answer. This is simply a principle, a centralised payment on behalf of the inter-companies for convenience purposes. Expenses are to be charged back and be absorbed by each of the related companies.
