I am writing on behalf of my son/daughter ( your name)'s academic progress. (your name) has been studied in your school for ( ) years. He is now studying in (your class). I have noticed he/she has not tried his/her best to study for this year, as a result, the result is not that good. I know that he/she has realized the importance of hard working and do really worry about the HKCEE which is comming next year now. Being a parent, I really don't want he/she to have excess pressure on next year. I just urge you to give him/her a second chance to retake Form 4 so that he/she could get another chance to prepare himself/herself for HKCEE.
