只可遺傳......父親要懂冰拳......但多數精靈都要遺傳才能學,
除非你有GBA版,
否則也很難......

給一個簡單建議,
因為瑜伽王(チャーレム)及卷耳兔(ミミロル)也容易找,
所以:
捉一隻懂冰拳的瑜伽王(チャーレム),
遺傳給卷耳兔(ミミロル),
最後遺傳給扭拉

1. breed male medicham w/ ice punch (冰拳) (俞加王, #308) with female buneary (#427)
2. breed the new male buneary w/ ice punch with female sneasel (扭拉, #215)
3. you now get a sneasel with ice punch!
