lessfewer 係用於可數名詞，但家陣「玩少ｄ籃球」同「睇少ｄ電視」唔同「整少ｄ餅」，唔係計緊件數！相反，係講緊用少ｄ時間（spend less time on X）。所以應該講 play less basketball 同 watching less TV。
當然，你可以話 buy more basketballS

Fewer is used when refering to countable things.
Less is used when refering to uncountable things.
Time is uncountable, thus we should use less instead of fewer.
