I think the sentence should be like this:

A random man on the street asked me what scarce the most in my life, and I said to him it is love, then he shaked my hand n blessd me.

有一個路人在街上問我，在我的生命裡什麼我最缺少。
我對他說: 是愛，然後便跟我握手並祝褔我。
