Where can I get a credit card if I have a bad credit in HK

My ex-boyfriend stole my credit cards and drawn out a lots of money, and now I cannot afford to pay at all, therefore I got a bad credit, but I really need a credit card for businees trip use, can anyone tell me if there is any banks here in Hong Kong can offer a credit card to people who have bad credit.

No banks in HK will issue you a credit card since you are black listed in the Transunion report. Your bad record will not be erased unless you have paid off your debt. Even you have paid off, you have to wait 5 years to erase the bad record.
