根據地圖, 天后較近
而且去causeway bay 要上落天橋, 過幾次馬路

天后is slightly nearer and is easy to walk to the library. You just need to walk straight

i think it's ti hau, the road to library with not much people, if causeway bay, there are usually many ppl, hope i can help you
