我想去填form become a model
但佢要我填既資料我唔太知想填咩

1) shoe size 佢裡面要填有分EU and US
我唔知填咩ar~

2) measurement (b/w/h)------這part 又係填咩ar~~

shoe size, different country have their different measurement

you can find the conversion chart as below

and the measurement
b = breast
w = waist
h = hip

as you said you wear size 6 but in converse, then size 4..... shouldn't be that variousi think you better go to those shoe shop, they have those machine to measure the shoe size then you can take a proper look at that... I think this should be more accurate and appropriate :)
