葡萄牙有甚麼節日,有那些特別的公眾假期?

葡萄牙有很多宗教朝聖、節慶和賣物會，每個都是熱熱鬧鬧，人山人海，而當中有很多都少不了宗教儀式。越近北部慶祝儀式就越傳統，而非表演性質。狂歡節(Carnaval)是大型活動之一，通常在復活節前的6周舉行，到時會有集會、巡遊和畫花臉。在聖周節(Braga's Easter)會有大量多姿多采的宗教儀式。6月的聖若昂節(Festa de So Joo)是波爾圖(Porto)最大型的節日，在這天人人都會走到街上跳舞，友善地用韭菜拍打對方的頭。聖馬蒂紐賣物會(Feira de So Martinho)(Goleg, 11月)會有各種馬術鬥牛表演和比賽。
