1. 清盤 is winding up which is expensive as the procedures are very complicated and time consuming. The fee for winding up is approx. HK$25k including audit.
2. Another way to close down the limited company is by applying for deregistration if there are no external liabilities (in your case). The advantage of deregistration is much cheaper. The fee for deregistration is less than half of the winding up fees. Therefore, I suggest your company apply for deregistration;
3. For deregistration, your limited company must complete audit for the last two years. Otherwise, it will not be successful.
