”believe it or not” (ALSO ”would you believe it?”)
said when telling someone about something that is true, although it seems unlikely:
e.g. He’s upstairs doing his homework, believe it or not.

”believe it or not” 已經暗示你所講的事實，但你給他人權選擇信還是不信。

「信不信由你」的英文講法是：　Believe it or not / Would you believe it?
