因為大風 空氣流動速度快 空氣帶走衣服上的水份
如果系4分題
因為大風 空氣流動速度快 使衣服上的水粒子 受到冷空氣影響
空氣流動就把帶走衣服上的水份

there is evaporation happen in the wet clothes, it evaporates which make the air more humid(潮濕) when there is strong wind, it can blow away the humid air near the clothes, more water can be evaporate from the clothes, so it is easier to dry the clothes.
