1) No need to mention your age and your school history. You should put that in your resume instead of letter.
2) You should write more on your strengh and your involvement in summer job or volunteer experience, if any.
3) Tell the receivers how much you keen to the job and why you are so suitable for their vacancy.
4) Do send the same letter to all advertiser. Your above letter can't attract any recruiter because they are the same from graduates.
