2/ Trading is develop own producr and sell to customer, no long term relationship/ agreement with buyer and manufacturer. overhead added on factory prove not fix percentage, to get best price by pricing with several verdors, order placement percentage is low.

3/ buying agent
Have term of agreement within a period with buyer as a buying agent, continuation of agreement depends on service and performance of the agent. Agent financed by service change/ commission.

4/ Buying office
Head office is mother countries and st up branch office in hong kong.
buying office is information of deisgn, product development, order are given by head office, HK office is responsible for sampleing, order fllow up, inspecyion, supper sourcing, offshore control. Percentage of order placement is high. Company is mostly more systematic, with planning or policy. Payment normally from head office directly to manufacturers.
