I got an offer for 2 plans
Loan Amount $2M, 15Yrs, <70% loan market value
1. one month average HIBOR + 0.4%, Cap P(8%) -3.1%, 0.5% cash rebate of loan amt., 3 yrs penalty
2. P - 3.25% , 1% cash rebate of loan amt., 3 yrs penalty only refund cash rebate if prepayment
I prefer HIBOR plan am I right ?
