2. Which company are you representing?
3. What kind of matter are you looking for Mr.Ho?
4. What shoud I call you?
5. I will inform Mr.Ho as soon as possible?

1)who are you looking for?
2)which company you belong to?
3)why are you finding Mr.Ho?
4)how can i call you?
5)i will inform Mr.Ho immediately.

i am in NY...and this is way i use to ask in school....but if you are a employee...then you should ask in a politely way.....

1)may i know who are you looking for?
2) whould you like to tell me which company you belong to?
3) Can you please tell me why are you looking for Mr.Ho/ finding Mr.Ho?

add "may i know................?"; "whould you like to tell me..............?";"Can you please tell me ......................?"


But if you just use it outside...then you can use the first group.....

1. May I know who is on the line? / May I know who's calling?
2. May I have your company name? / May I know which company are you calling on behalf?
3. May I know what's the matter for Mr. Ho?
4. May I have your name please? / How should I address you?
5. I should inform to Mr. Ho immediately
