或更禮貌:
Do you mind leaving the message?

for example,

A: can i speak to Miss Lee, please?

U: Wait a minute please. i am sorry, MIss Lee is not avaible now. Would you mind leaving a meesage or your contact number? she will get back to you later.

*there are many ways of saying it...

I'm sorry she's/he's not in/not here.(要找的人不在/不在位)

Please hold on.(等一等）

May I know who's calling, please? (請問誰找？）

I'm sorry she's/he's on the other line. (她在聽另一個電話）

Do you want to leave a message?（你要留口訊嗎？)

I'll ask her/him to call you back. (我請她回來覆電話給你。)

要找的人不在位 ----> SORRY, he/she is not around
等一等 ----> pls wait a moment
留口信......---> would you pls leave the message or any contact number ?

Sorry, he/she is not here now
hold on please
could you mind leave a massage?

"要找的人不在位

留口信......"
