You can almost read anything. From magazines to novels. The main point is, get something you are interested at. If you like detective stories, you can buy some crime novels. If you like romance, you can get some romantic novels. History books and stuff.
You don't need to learn every single words of what is in the book. Just read, see how much can you understand. Or you can read it loud at home, to practise. The more you read and speak out loud, it will improve your gramma.
There are no rules to learn English. But you have to read, listen & practise to improve. There is no easy way.
