蔬菜係 uncountable ~
所以係冇's'

但一般唔只講一種蔬菜，
而指多種蔬菜，
就會有's'

a few 係形容 countable 's字
a little 係形容 uncountable 's字

所以應該用 1)個個~

一定係1) I want to eat a few vegetables.~~~~~保證必o岩~~~~~

而a little 後面係跟uncountable noun

不過其實你可以去yahoo 查一查vegetable, 就知佢係countable

1. 蔬菜;青菜[C] <- 括弧入面個C 係表示countable
2. 植物[U] <- 括弧入面個U係表示uncountable

既係vegetable 解做"蔬菜"時係countable
解做"植物"時係uncountable

1) I want to eat a few vegetables.

2) I want to eat a few vegetable.

3) I want to eat a little vegetables.

4) I want to eat a little vegetable.

應要用1) I want to eat a few vegetables.
因為a few 係指唔能夠數既嘢，如米粒。但用 a little 通常用係能夠數既嘢，如壽司和水果等。
