1.Citybus (Chinese: 城巴) is one of the three major bus operators in Hong Kong. It provides both franchised and non-franchised bus service. The franchised route network mainly serves Hong Kong Island, the cross-Harbour service between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon/New Territories, and also the North Lantau (Tung Chung and Hong Kong Disneyland) as well as the Hong Kong International Airport. The non-franchised routes mainly serve for City One Shatin. It also provides bus rental services and staff bus services for some large companies such as TVB.


2.New World First Bus Services Limited(新世界第一巴士服務有限公司), abbreviated as First Bus and "NWFB", was established in 1998, taking over China Motor Bus's franchise on 1 September 1998 to provide bus services on Hong Kong Island together with Citybus. It is the third largest public bus operator in Hong Kong.


3.The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited (KMB; Chinese: 九龍巴士(1933)有限公司), a company of the Transport International Holdings Limited, is the largest franchised bus operators in Hong Kong, and one of the largest privately owned public bus operators in the world. For its franchised service in Hong Kong, KMB operates a fleet consisting of about 4,300 buses on 420 routes and employs a staff of over 13,000.
