if you intend to do your health checkup before 31st october this year, please come to me and collect your health-check coupon. (the coupon's expires on 31st october). If you dont think you need an urgent checkup and do not intend to do your health checkup within this period of time, please wait for the arrival of the new 07-08 coupon and i will distribute them to you. thank you
