1) It should be I= d Q /d t (delta charge / delta time)The units of I is A (Ampere, 安倍), Q is C (Columb), t is time (s, second), 1A=1C/s
2) V=IR, unit of V is V (Volt, 伏特), R is ohm (you can search on internet)
3) P=Vt, P is the power (功率).
4) E is the energy, E=PT, Energy=Power X Time, for steady power only.
Unit of power is J/s and unit of Energy is J, in our daily life, we use kWh, kilo-watt per hour, 1 kWh=1000J/s.
