As a result of my skin allergies, I need to bring with me this doctor prescribed oinment. Here is a doctor's testimonial certifying my need for this oinment. I would like to ask the customs officers for permission to bring this oinment along in my carry-on luggage. Thanks for your understanding.

Due to the skin allergy problem, I need to bring along the cream prescribed by doctor. Enclosed is the testimonial written by the doctor to certify the use of the cream. And I would like to ask for the permission by customs of carrying the cream along with my hand carry luggage.
