任何人因襲擊他人致造成身體傷害而被定罪，即屬犯可循公訴程序審訊的罪行，可處監禁3年。

侵犯私隱 is not a crime. 私隱(Privacy) only covers personal data and PCPD (個人資料(私隱)專員) can issue an enforcement notice (執行通知) to the offender and only when they failed to comply would result in possible criminal charges.
