puppies do that but the important thing is that you nip it in the butt now, tell him no and put him in submission if he continues. it is important that he knows that you are boss, also fyi when you play tug of war with him, if you do, it is important to never let him win, always make sure you get it. this shows him that you are the alpha dog.
as puppies get older they mature especially boys and if it is not spayed or neutered this could be another reason most of the time it's just because they are teething or have not been very socialized make sure you correct him for bad behavior and reward him for good you should consider a training class if affordable.or a personal trainer
Labs are fantastic dogs...but they are very destructive. They stay puppies for such a long time. I am guessing you have a male...could you just post what the sex of your dog is? Thanx
Puppies of any breed need to be socialized while they are young so they don't get too aggressive. If he's aggressive to people, take him somewhere on leash so people can pet him under your supervision. Praise him when he accepts strangers to pet him. If he's aggressive toward other animals, basically the same thing, but turn your dog away from the other animal so he "ignores" the other animal. With animals it is more unpredictable. It helps to have someone else with you to help with the other animal- preferably on leash also. Dogs are territorial of their property as well as their owners. It's time to obedience train him!
Is your pup a boy or girl?
10 weeks, aggressive?--or playful? Are you giving the pup lots of attention? (the good kind). He/she could be teething. Pups like to chew on things. Do you have any soft chew toys for the pup?
Do you feed your pup canned food or dry or both? Maybe if you mx some of each together, that would also help.
Is the pup fixed? Or too soon?
Sounds like playfulness, and teething. Enjoy!

Your puppy is still a puppy thats what Puppies do. Try telling your puppy owe like puppies do to each other when they bite on each other. then once its old enough obedience class so your puppy will learn not to be aggressive.
