If you shoot an intruder 15 times and he gets up and comes for you, should you run?

That would really be unfortunate. I would probably say that the intruder was wearing a bullet proof vest, so continuing to shoot wouldn't help you. Take a crowbar, fireplace pick, baseball bat, or some other hard object, and wack him in head, at least 15 times. If he still gets up, then you should probably just shake his hand and take what you got coming.

I've seen these second-rate horror movies. Doesn't happen in real life. Stay put and don't run. Be brave and don't be a coward. A fair person would not run like an Iranian wearing running shoes during the Persian Gulf war. Get a grip on yourself.

Say your prayers, the end is near for you if this were the case. There have been known cases where people hopped on drugs have survived direct hit from a redoubtable 15 gauge shorgun and ran away.These cases are rare, but they cxan happen.

2-3 should be plenty if you hit what you are aiming at. Triple tap does the job every time. 2 to the chest and one right between the running lights.

If you haven't killed it with 15, I'd be looking for a scattergun, because you can't aim.

No, reload and go for the head or the spinal column. It is obvious that someone that hyped on adrenaline or combination of drugs will only be stopped by a shot in the central nervous system.

If he can still get up and attack you after taking 15 bullets, you are either a lousy shot or he is superhuman in which case it is pointless to run! -- Had to add a small question here. Rodney N - which Iranians were running away during which Gulf war since they participated in neither? Did you mean Iraqis?

id have aimed for the head after the first five or so, if he / she got up after 10 to the head theyre probably a terminator or something like that so id peg it!!

Throw that POS you were shooting at the guy (hopefully he ducks.....sorta like old school TV superman.) And run as fast as you can. Than at the first opportunity go to a gun range and learn how to aim.

If I were to shoot someone 15 times, then I would most likely have shot the person a couple times in the head. If the person got up and started coming after me, then I would definitely run.
