Why not? Some guys may say you need to sing guy songs, but the majority probably won't care what type of song you sing. Anyway, I get the feeling that the girls would like it when you sing a girl song because it portrays you as a sensitive type of guy (being a guy, I have no proof for this theory, it just makes sense though).
