so what do i do if he is shy?

LOL. we have soooo got the same problem.

im outspoken(compared to him), im loud, he's quiet.

so what i do? i take advantage of the moment! i start conversations and stuff(thats only until he opens up!)

well go and talk to him, try to connect to him,ask about his interests ,soon you'll get along and the relationship will bloom.

Take off his shirt and ask him to run.

If you wanna ask him out and he is shy, then you will probably have to make the first move and don't wait for him to ask you out cuz it might never happen. Get to no him a bit first and if you think he likes you go for it!
